Welcome to Coral Crown Adventures (“Coral Crown,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Coral Crown is a Philippine-based travel and tour booking company specializing in private island tours, boat charters, cruises and multi-day island experiences in Coron and Palawan, Philippines.

By making a booking through our website, you agree to these Terms & Booking Conditions.

1. YOUR BOOKING

Coral Crown arranges and coordinates travel experiences with selected local boat operators, guides and other tourism service providers.

Your booking becomes confirmed when Coral Crown sends you a written booking confirmation.

Your confirmation will show the experience booked, date, number of guests, price, meeting or pickup arrangements, and applicable cancellation conditions.

2. OUR LOCAL OPERATORS

Some experiences are operated by independent boat operators, captains, guides or other local service providers.

Coral Crown carefully selects and coordinates its operating partners. The actual vessel, captain, crew or guide may vary when an equivalent or necessary substitution is required.

The operator is responsible for the services it directly provides, including operation of its vessel and compliance with applicable maritime and safety requirements.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the booking page.

The price payable is the amount shown at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Your bank or payment provider may charge foreign-exchange or international transaction fees.

Payment may be processed through a third-party payment provider. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully processed.

4. CUSTOMER INFORMATION

You are responsible for providing accurate information required to arrange your booking, including your name, contact details, number of guests, accommodation or pickup information and any information reasonably necessary for safe participation.

5. TOUR CONDITIONS

Boat and island experiences depend on weather, sea conditions, local regulations and other circumstances that may affect safe operation.

The captain, operator or Coral Crown may modify the itinerary, departure time, route or activities when reasonably necessary for safety or operational reasons.

Specific islands, snorkeling locations, wildlife encounters or weather conditions cannot be guaranteed unless expressly stated in your booking.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Guests must follow reasonable instructions from Coral Crown, the captain, crew and guide and comply with Philippine laws and local environmental and safety requirements.

Guests must advise Coral Crown before departure of any condition or requirement that may reasonably affect their safe participation.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for children participating in an experience.

7. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.

Coral Crown and its service providers are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend travel insurance appropriate to your trip, including coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellation or interruption and activities included in your itinerary.

9. LIABILITY

Coral Crown will provide the booking and coordination services described in your booking.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. UNFORESEEN EVENTS

Coral Crown and its operating partners are not responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, typhoons, natural disasters, government or maritime restrictions, port closures, transportation disruption or other comparable events.

Where such circumstances affect your booking, Coral Crown will make reasonable efforts to assist you in accordance with the applicable booking and cancellation conditions.

11. PRIVACY

Personal information provided during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to a customer provide otherwise.
